Energy Charter announces first Administrator
Energy Charter champion Anne Whitehouse is CEO of Sales Assured – a not-for-profit organisation that has worked to improve the standards of direct marketing since 2012. Sales Assured works with energy companies, charities and other sectors along with their marketers to hold sales people accountable for their behaviour.
Anne is the Administrator for the Energy Charter #BetterTogether Customer Code for Energy Brokers, Consultants and Retailers which commenced in 2021.
“I am pleased to be involved in the ongoing management of this important Code that is aimed at helping large energy users who are accessing broker and consultancy services. With the key pillars of customer-centricity, transparency, making offers that are fit for purpose and accountability, I will be working with the Customer Code Council to help signatories meet their obligations and support them along the way.”
